We always use the App to order our pizzas! Works great and is fast for carry out! Love it!

I have a son who loves pizza but has a milk protein allergy which means no cheese. I used to be able to decide which side of the pizza had cheese and which one didnt. Not any more. I have to build my half pizza then write it in the special instructions. They mess up the pizza every time. Today I did not trust them to get it correct either, so I waited on hold on the phone for 4:37 mins till someone answered. Hope they get it correct. If not, they will have to make me another pizza correctly. Left side sauce and pepperoni only. Right side is regular cheese pizza. Not that hard, and not enough spaces to write it in the special instructions an this app that is getting worse every update.

This app makes ordering from Pizza Hut such a breeze! I love it! I use it every time I order from Pizza Hut!!!

I like to be able to use the app instead of speaking to someone. It allows me to get my order right before ordering.

I found this app easy to use. I really like the feature of being able to set the time of your order. Would give it 5 stars if you could pay online.

Glitchy...app closes every single time I attempt to use it. Pizza Hut is missing business, and a competitor is getting it, because the stupid app wont work!

Love Apps that are easy and functional. Pizza Hut passes the test with flying colors.

Order as a guest goes great however try to sign up and sign in is a nightmare and tells my own address is invalid.

Pizza was cold and veggies not even cooked at all!!

So, the Pizzahut mobile website wasnt working at all (I got stuck in this "deal loop" --- "no, that coupon isnt honored at this location, lets take you to your local deals" just to take me back to the same list of deals. Our local coupons are always at least $1 more expensive. So I downloaded the app. Worse!!! I spent like 15 minutes working through the clunky menus (and yes, I was still offered deals that arent for my area), but at the end my cart was empty. So I started over. Next, my address disappeared and I got a bunch of "operation timed out" pop ups. So I gave up. Maybe the Dominos app will work!

It actually works. Great system!

Im giving this app 3 stars because I cant believe it does NOT support Apple Pay. I pay everything in my phone with Apple Pay, well except Pizza Hut...!
