I search Alabama, Huntsville and nothing pops up! Pls fix this

Think back to days of passed when you order what you want, it looks like what you have ordered and it arrives….. ON TIME!

You can’t update your address, email, phone number or change your cc info. Throw the whole app away and try again

Every time I try to use the app to order it is a nightmare! Doesn’t allow me to save my card information and every time I select something on the menu it always comes up with 0 items in cart. Please fix this app!

I’ve tried logging back on to my account, and it wont allow me to reset my password. Every time I press “reset”, it just reopens the same page where I have to type in the new password. Tried opening a new account, does the same thing. Just reopens the page where I have to type everything in again. Over and over again. If I could put no stars, I would.

Logged in, put in my order, it wouldn’t go through. Started over 3 times. 3 times!!!! Stop wouldn’t go through. Placed order with competitor with no problems. Very sad. What is going on Pizza Hut!!??

App sends promo codes notification to get you to open it. Problem is once you click it only.opens app and the promo is not applied and no longer available. Don't know if it's intentional or a glitch.

I tried to place an order for mobile pick up but the app kept lagging and being buggy so I gave up and opened up my dominoes app instead…. Pizza Hut had 4 locations in my home town now they have a super small one…. The quality all around is terrible now

Excellent app but needs an entry for adding additional instructions I. E. Extra seasoning on breadsticks, etc

Everytime I try to order anything on the app when I try to submit order the screen just goes black and doesn’t let me continue. Tired of dealing with this and will just order dominoes instead.

Trying to sign up for the rewards and order . The app goes into the buffering and doesn’t recover. Removed the app 3 times and reinstalled. Same result, had to settle for Dominos. Not happy

The thing that I get at Pizza Hut, most of the time is the cheese sticks. I always get it with extra cheese because there’s not enough cheese on cheese sticks. You would think that cheese is a rare commodity based upon how little they put on cheese sticks, so I always have to order it with extra cheese. But I always have to call the store because on the app There is no way to select extra cheese on the cheese sticks. Add a place to leave a note for staff or give us the extra cheese on cheese sticks option.

Stole my rewards I had saved up to get my kids a free pizza cause I'm poor and completely crushed because was expecting to be able to feed my children now they think even more of a loser

Fine pizza but super glitchy app. For years, Constantly freezes and reloads and has issues during checkout. Frequent crashing.

The old app allowed me to stay signed in. I HATE having to sin in every time I open the app. Also, there is no way to view your order status after it has been places. The old app was much, much better.

Worst app since sims for dyslexic’s. Have to order as guest because it does not recognize the account even though I’ve registered multiple times. Looks like a 2nd grade coded it. Would rather call the store than deal with this frustration

This place is impossible to find.

Since they switched to using Dashers instead of their own drivers the service has gone way down and he prices have only gone up. Dashers not delivering orders and reporting them as delivered with nothing you can do but wait 10 days to get your money back.

This version has a blank section for selecting the payment method. Can’t even select pay in store. Had to use the website.

Half the time it doesn’t add you order to your cart the other half it doesn’t add you order to check out. So either way it’s pretty much just 🤬ing useless.

The updates to this app have removed the ability to see your order after it has been placed, nor can you see the countdown timer for when the order will be ready. You also cannot see past orders. When I got to the store to pick up my order, another customer complained about the same thing. Please bring it back.

Pre-tipping stinks. That should be done after service is complete to encourage better service. Also the tip rates suggested are way elevated over standard service tips. Hitting no tip and paying cash later is likely just to lead to angry employees who will mess with your food thinking you’ll be cheap.

The app does not give accurate delivery notifications in real time. Says your order has been delivered when it hasn't. They're aware of it yet nobody has fixed it.

I have tried several times to order and cannot sign in on the app at all! I can only order on the site. This is so frustrating.

This new version of the apps is missing some deals and menu items. New kind of pizza introduced yesterday not available in app. On website you can order and there are deals not showing in the app but are showing website. Been weeks now.

New update has stopped me from being able to choose a payment method so simply can’t order pizza. Fantastic. You had one job

So this app is bad. Dominos app is worlds better. Missing critical features - you can’t even select an option for how you want your pizza cooked. Like come on, this should be a given to have as a feature. Simple: code in an option to select cook well done or normal. Shouldn’t take long, but judging by the quality of this app I’m sure for whatever coding team they’re using it could take months.

The app is trash now and they outsourced the employees that answer the phone to India so good luck repeating yourself a million times cause the app wont function enough to add a payment method.

I don’t understand the high rating for this app. It’s an incredibly unstable & unpredictable app. Currently I can’t even get to the login screen. It just times out and doesn’t load. I’ve had the app charge me without submitting my order. I’ve had the app double charge me before. Just use a browser and save your time.

What’s the point of having an app when it the deals doesn’t work on it 75% of the time. Deals that get added in a cart one by one will not work. But if a deals makes you the bundle in cart before adding it will work. Also the website will have deals the app doesn’t.

Did not install this on my iPhone, would never install this on my iPhone. Why is this suddenly showing up on my iPhone? YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!!!!

This app would be better if it had a different color scheme for Delivery vs Pickup. Or if it had a “are you sure you want to order pickup” instead of delivery? (And vice versa). Surprise! I’m hungover. And it’s March Madness. Help a brother out.

I’ve always been able to make purchases on the app. However, with the new update, I have not been able to complete my purchases. Just a black screen. I have to phone it every time. I cannot even go to the website because it goes straight to the black screen from the app. I didn’t want to go on here but I’ve informed the people to fix it. I know they can’t do anything about it, but I would think there would be initiatives.

Honestly I just wish change your phone number or at least tell you where to do it on the FAQ instead of mindlessly searching on the internet

So how many times does my order have to glitch or disappear when I click “submit order” then I have to call the place to ask if my order went through. Would’ve been so much easier if there was an option to see your order and your past orders.

Latest update does not let me review orders or reorder from past purchases

I can’t understand exactly why they changed their UI. But the new app completely lacks a bunch of features. The old app actually had and that made it functionally easier for the user to order. I might actually end up ordering less pizza from Pizza Hut because this app is so annoying to use.

Can’t turn off promotional push notifications without muting the app…

Love Pizza Hut and the app. But the app always seems to crash or will have issues processing payments on it.

My Pizza Hut opens at 10am but the app still says “opens soon” and won’t let me order until 11am bc they haven’t adjusted for the daylight savings. Please fix

With the new update I am now unable to sign in. It takes me to an error page every time.

It just worked before, had more information on screen, and performed more quickly. Now half the info is displayed, is slower, and for the first time, having problems paying. Making it harder for customer is the goal?

Before the new update, I may experience some issues while trying to order. Maybe my whole order would disappear. But now this app won’t even let me find a location to order from. Not to mention it won’t even let me save an address to deliver to.

When trying to edit a deal pizza, the app locks in a black screen. Issue is present in an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.2 but not on iPhone 16 Pro Max 18.3.2.

New update is horrible

Every time I click customize for my pizza the app crashes. Can’t order pizza so what’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work. This has been happening to me for over a month.
